you are probably aware of LVLH's dedication to sustainability and
energy efficient building. This section will show just how enerfy
efficient the model home is. Below is listed the energy cost per month
since moving in. Note: A Vermont Castings Vigilant wood stove in the
basement is providing heat for the entire 5,200 Sq Ft of heated space
by heating the great room rock and mortar slab and also by convection.
Simply put, heat rises.
All appliances in the house are electric with the exception of the cooktop and 7.4 gpm tankless water heater.
